We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contactus@denimrepublic.com.au. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Does Denim Republic have a physical store?
Yes. You can shop Denim Republic in person at: DFO South Wharf & Spencer Street Outlet Centre. (These locations open in October)
How long does Denim Republic delivery take in Australia?
Australian orders generally arrive within 1 to 7 business days. Standard and express delivery options are available, and orders placed before 12 pm AEDT may be dispatched the same day. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Does Denim Republic offer free shipping or Click & Collect?
Yes. Denim Republic currently offers free Australian shipping on orders over $150. Click & Collect is also available for eligible orders, allowing Melbourne customers to collect their purchases rather than have them delivered. Available delivery and collection options will appear during checkout.
What is your returns policy?
Online purchases can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging and have all tags attached. Contact contactus@denimrepublic.com.au before sending anything back. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. In-store purchases have a seven-day return or exchange period with the tag and receipt.
